Getting Started

Getting started is a very simple step for our clients. Simply read and fill out the following documents, and let us do all the work for you.

Client Profile

The client profile is a form that requests specific information that will be necessary to obtain your credit report, process your file, or delete inaccurate or outdated personal information. Signing the Client Profile also gives Southern California Credit Experts the right to retrieve a clients credit report on their behalf.

Authorization Form

The authorization form is designed to allow SoCal Credit Experts to work with creditors and collection agencies. With the clients signature, Southern California Credit Experts is authorized to negotiate, settle, and delete (if applicable) unpaid debt on a client's credit report.

Service Agreement

The service agreement is the contract that is created prior to a client's file being processed. The service agreement outlines the terms of agreement, what a client may or may not do while a file is open with SoCal Credit Experts, and so forth.

Need List

The Need List is a checklist of all items that are needed in order for Southern California Credit Experts to fully process a client's credit file.

  • Copy of Drivers License - Used to verify identity
  • Copy of Social Security - Used to verify social security number is correctly being reported on a credit accounts
  • Copy of Utility Bill - Used to verify current address
  • Copy of Pay Stub or W2 (if necessary) - additional verification
  • Client Profile - Completed and Signed
  • Authorization Form - Completed and Signed
  • Service Agreement - Completed and Signed
IMPORTANT: Once a file has been processed, clients will begin to receive various correspondence from the three major credit bureaus: Experian, TransUnion and Equifax. Please make a copy of all correspondence and forward originals to Southern California Credit Experts in a timely manner. It is important to remember NEVER to repond to any such correspondence.
